What is SRG?

SRG is the outgrowth of almost two decades of experience in dealing with difficult moments in organizations throughout America and around the world. SRG’s work began as an external consulting, systems design and training resource composed of faculty from the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at the Pepperdine University School of Law. The Straus Institute has been named number one, three times by U.S. News & World Report. It is the most comprehensive academic program in conflict management in the nation.

Conflict managementBut SRG has moved beyond its academic roots—to respond to repeated requests from corporate and governmental organizations for “real world” assistance. The SRG team has been chosen by scores of major organizations that must become more effective in transactions and dispute resolution. The team focus is on seven areas of connected work: assessment, strategic planning, systems design, training, crisis response, intervention and change management.

SRG offers a stellar group of professionals, representing the disciplines of dispute resolution, law, change management, human resources, systems design, professional training, personnel development and executive coaching. Many of the SRG resource people hold faculty appointments at prestigious universities, teaching what they do for real clients. Many are noted authors. All SRG team members are practitioners, helping organizations and their leaders on five continents.

SRG recognizes that business and government leaders demand a great deal from the consultants they hire. And SRG is ready to meet those expectations—so ready, in fact, that its work is completely guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with the work of SRG or the results obtained, no fee will be charged. Most consulting firms would not make such a promise. But then, SRG is not like most firms.
